Tutorial
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Place the ball to the right of the first cone.
- Take the ball through the first cones with two ticks of the outside of the left foot.
- Close in on the ball as soon as the ball passes through the cones.
- Perform a scissor move with the left foot.
- Take the ball with the outside of the right foot.
- Give the ball a second tick with the outside of the right foot to let it pass trough the cones.
- Close in on the ball as soon as the ball passes through the cones.
- Perform a stepover move with the left foot.
- Take the ball with the outside of the left foot.
- Give the ball a second tick with the outside of the left foot to let it pass trough the cones.
- Continue steps 3-10.
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
- Pass through the middle between the cones at an angle of 45°.
- Keep the ball close to the feet.
- Perform a fast scissor and stepover.
