When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Place the ball to the right of the first cone.
- Take the ball through the cones with the inside of the right foot.
- Close in on the ball.
- Cut the ball with the inside of the left foot.
- At the same time:
- Rotate to the right.
- Place the support foot (right) in the direction to go through the next cones.
- Take the ball through the cones with the inside of the left foot.
- Close in on the ball.
- Cut the ball with the inside of the right foot.
- At the same time:
- Rotate to the left.
- Place the support foot (left) exact opposite of the direction to go through the next cones.
- Continue steps 2-9.
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
- Try to immobilize the ball completely by means of the inside cut.
- Rotate after the cut in order to line up at once in the right direction to take the ball through the next cones.
- Imagine the correct position to place the support foot while turning.
- Position the support foot not too far behind the ball.
