Tutorial

When starting with the right foot:

(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)

  1. Stand behind the ball (ball in front of right foot.
  2. Push the ball forward with the right foot.
  3. Reposition the right foot which becomes the support foot.
  4. Push the ball forward with the left foot.
  5. Continue step 2-4.

Things to watch out for:

  1. Reposition constantly to keep the ball at a straight line.
  2. The same distance should be covered with every push.
