Tutorial
When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand behind the ball (ball in front of right foot.
- Pull the ball backwards with the right foot.
- Reposition the right foot which becomes the support foot.
- Pull the ball backwards with the left foot.
- Continue step 2-4.
Things to watch out for:
- Reposition constantly to keep the ball at a straight line.
- The same distance should be covered with every pull.
