Tutorial
When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand behind the ball (ball in front of right foot.
- Push the ball forward with the right foot 2 (or 3) times in a row.
- At the same time:
- Reposition the right foot which becomes the support foot.
- Step on the ball with the left foot to stop it.
- Push the ball forward with the left foot 2 (or 3) times in a row.
- At the same time:
- Reposition the left foot which becomes the support foot.
- Step on the ball with the right foot to stop it.
- Continue step 2-5.
Things to watch out for:
- Reposition constantly to keep the ball at a straight line.
- Stay in the same rhythm.
- The same distance should be covered with every push.
