Tutorial
When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand behind the ball (ball in front of right foot.
- Roll the ball forward with the right foot 2 (or 3) times in a row.
- Reposition the right foot which becomes the support foot.
- Roll the ball forward with the left foot 2 (or 3) times in a row.
- Reposition the left foot which becomes the support foot.
- Continue step 2-5.
Things to watch out for:
- Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
- Stay on the same straight line.
- Reposition the support foot constantly to keep the ball on that straight line.
- Keep the ball at a comfortably distance from the body while rolling.
- Stay in the same rhythm.
- The same distance should be covered with every roll.
