4-Way Roll - Static Ball Control Drills for U10-U11

This drill builds on the Roll Toe (Static Ball Control Drills for U8-U9), Roll Out (Static Ball Control Drills for U8-U9), Roll Toe Heel (Static Ball Control Drills for U8-U9) and Roll In (Static Ball Control Drills for U8-U9).
When starting with the right foot:
(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)
- Stand behind the ball (ball before right foot).
- Step on the ball with the right foot.
- Perform 2x a Roll Toe.
- Perform 2x a Roll Out.
- Perform 2x a Roll Toe Heel.
- Perform 2x a Roll In.
- Continue steps 3-6.
Things to watch out for:
- Reposition the support foot depending on the roll being executed.
- Jump on the support foot in the same rhythm.
