(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)

  1. Stand behind the ball (the ball close and between both feet).
  2. At the same time:
    1. Drag roll the ball with the inside of the right foot.
    2. Turn on the support foot (left).
  3. Reposition your feet to the starting position.
  4. At the same time:
    1. Drag roll the ball with the inside of the left foot.
    2. Turn on the support foot (right).
  5. Continue steps 1-4.

Things to watch out for:

  1. Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
  2. The drag roll and turn should be a fluid motion.
  3. After the drag roll (and turn), the forefoot should be nicely on top of the ball and below your knee.
  4. Release your weight and lift your heel from the ground while turning. Don't twist your ankles!
