Tutorial

When starting with the right foot:

(Switch left and right below when starting with the left foot)

  1. Stand behind the ball (ball in front of left foot and 45° angle).
  2. Roll the ball forward from toe to heel with the left foot.
  3. Roll the ball backwards from heel to toe.
  4. At the same time:
    1. Turn 90° to the left.
    2. Stop the ball with the inside of the left foot.
  5. Roll the ball forward from toe to heel with the right foot.
  6. Roll the ball backwards from heel to toe.
  7. At the same time:
    1. Turn 90° to the right.
    2. Stop the ball with the inside of the right foot.
  8. Continue step 2-7

Things to watch out for:

  1. Don't stand rigid on the legs but flex the knees a bit.
  2. Keep the rolling foot straight and level during the rolls.
  3. Keep the support foot on the ground.
  4. Turn the hips open while turning.
  5. Aim for the ball to be on the same spot compared to the support foot at every roll.
